Business Psychologist | Coach

Greater responsibility. New challenges.

Leadership brings more than responsibility. It requires difficult decisions, navigating competing interests, influencing people, and knowing when to step back rather than take control.

I work with managers, business owners, team leaders, and experienced professionals who want to strengthen their leadership, make better decisions, and become more effective in how they work with others.

Combining psychology, coaching, and over a decade of experience in international business, I help you recognize patterns that hold you back and develop practical ways to address the challenges you face at work.

Recognize Your Situation?

Does any of this sound familiar?

  1. You delegate tasks, but important decisions still come back to you.

  2. You keep postponing a conversation you know needs to happen.

  3. You're responsible for outcomes, but don't have direct authority over everyone involved.

  4. You spend more time managing other people's responsibilities than focusing on your own priorities.

  5. You've grown professionally, but the approaches that once worked are becoming less effective.

I understand the pressure behind the role.

I spent over a decade working in international business, moving through management, operations, and people leadership. I know what it means to make decisions under pressure, navigate competing interests, and take responsibility for outcomes that depend on other people.

Today, I combine that experience with psychology and coaching.

I work with managers, team leaders, business owners, and experienced professionals who want to strengthen their influence, navigate difficult conversations, delegate responsibility, and make better decisions in complex environments.

My approach is practical and psychologically informed. We examine how you think, react, and interact with others, identify patterns that may be limiting your effectiveness, and work on changing them in the situations you actually face.

I believe effective leadership should deliver results without requiring you to carry everything yourself.

III - THE DIFFERENCE

Beyond Traditional Coaching.

Business context, not just theory.

I understand the realities behind management decisions: competing priorities, organizational politics, pressure from stakeholders, and responsibility for other people's performance. Our conversations stay grounded in the realities of your professional environment.

Understanding what drives your behavior.

My background in psychology allows us to look beyond immediate challenges. We explore the beliefs, emotional responses, and behavioral patterns that influence your decisions and interactions.

Working with reality.

We work with situations you're actually facing: conversations you're postponing, responsibilities you're carrying, decisions you're struggling to make. You test new approaches in your professional environment and bring the experience back into our work.

A space for honest reflection.

Our work is confidential, direct, and free from judgment. You can question your decisions, acknowledge uncertainty, and explore perspectives without having to maintain the image of someone who always has the answers.

IV - WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Ways to Work Together

Different challenges require different levels of support. Whether you're navigating a specific situation or looking to change recurring patterns, we can choose a format that fits your goals and the work involved.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Focused work on your current challenges.

One-to-one coaching and psychological consulting for managers, business owners, and experienced professionals.

We can work on a specific decision, a difficult conversation, delegation, professional boundaries, or other challenges affecting your effectiveness at work.

Each session focuses on your situation, helping you gain clarity, explore different perspectives, and identify practical next steps.

Format: Individual sessions, scheduled as needed.

8-WEEK FOCUSED WORK

A structured approach to changing recurring patterns.

Eight individual sessions over eight weeks for professionals who want to work consistently on recurring leadership and behavioral patterns.

We explore how you make decisions, respond under pressure, communicate, delegate, and influence others. Between sessions, you apply new approaches in real situations, reflect on what works, and make adjustments.

The focus is on developing more effective ways of working that you can sustain beyond our sessions.

Format: 8 individual sessions over 8 weeks.
